Bisexual erotic romance

“Is this just a courtesy call, Detective?” #MFRWSteam #EroticRomance #Menage

September 12, 2023 by Adriana Kraft

Welcome to the MFRW Steam Hop,
where the authors of Marketing for Romance Writers
entice you with steamy excerpts from their erotic romance stories.

Scroll to the end for more of this week’s tempting excerpts.

For this month’s steam, I’m sharing from my newest release, Embracing Passion.

EXCERPT

Set up: Tom has been watching an explicit Center video featuring Rosanne…

Tom glanced at the business card on the arm of his chair. He’d punched in her number several times, but never followed through with placing the call. He punched it in again. Closing his eyes, he pushed the send button.

Holding the phone to his ear, he listened to the ring tone and focused on the frozen shot on the TV screen of Simone’s tongue touching Rosanne’s hooded clit.

Seven rings. She must not be near her phone. He’d just started to put the phone down when he heard her voice.

“It took you long enough to call,” Rosanne accused lightly.

He chuckled. “And a warm hello to you, too. I had a lot of things to square away.”

She remained silent.

“I talked with Sam and another of his buddies. They confirmed your story.”

“Told you he would.”

“Yeah, he thinks you walk on water.”

She chuckled. “I haven’t tried that. I can hardly swim. Then I’m no longer a person of professional interest?”

He grimaced, eyeing the TV screen. “Nope.”

There was a pause. “So am I a person of interest, or are you ready to move on with your life? Is this just a courtesy call, Detective? Or do you have something else on your mind?”

“I’m watching a DVD of yours.”

“Really? Ooh.”

He could almost hear her perk up.

“You and your Simone friend.”

“What a coincidence,” Rosanne murmured. “You like to watch two women making love?”

“I didn’t know I did.” He chuckled low and pulled his robe sash tighter. “I also like the good neighbor policy you and Melissa worked out on a different fantasy video.”

“Ummm. That’s one of my favorites. Perhaps you have better taste than I thought. You have been busy – Oh!”

Tom frowned at the phone. “Are you alone?”

“Good God. Wait. I was wondering if you were going to ask. If you’re really watching the video of me and Simone, you may want to fast forward to the section with Simone lying between my legs licking my pussy.”

“That’s where I paused it,” he grunted. “Damn hot. Are you telling me you answered the phone while she was loving you?”

“Is loving me. Maybe I didn’t make my situation clear. Oh damn. Go slow, Simone. I wouldn’t answer for just anyone, Detective. Did you have something to else to ask me?”

“No.” He hesitated. “I was just thinking of you.”

“That’s nice,” she purred. “How many times have you jerked off watching my videos?”

He swallowed. “I haven’t kept count.”

She clucked her tongue. “Touché. At least you’re honest. I don’t count orgasms either. Is your guy handy now?”

“He’s been poking out of my robe since he heard your voice.”

“And we haven’t even met yet. Why don’t you punch play and join us? Leave the DVD volume on mute.”

Tom closed his eyes briefly. This was not the moment to deny why he’d called her in the first place. He’d just thought it would be the two of them having phone sex. “Okay.”

“Tongue me, Simone. We’ve got a listener tonight. Oh, she wants to say hi first.”

“Looking forward to meeting you, Detective,” came the higher pitched voice. “It’s nice to know we have a cock with us tonight. My husband is traveling.”

“Oh,” Tom mumbled. “Good to meet you, too.”

“Oh yes,” Rosanne murmured a moment later. “She’s butterfly kissing me. Are you with us, Tom?”

“I’m here.”

“She’s wedging her tongue in. Oh my. Tongue and finger.”

He heard her gasping for air and his fist moved up and down his rigid cock. On the screen, she was kicking Simone’s back and thrusting her pelvis, encouraging tongue and fingers.

“I’m building. She’s almost got me. I’m imagining it’s your tongue, Tom. Are you?”

“I am,” he groaned. His arm began to ache.

“And your mustache,” she whimpered. “Are you going to come with me?”

“I will. Let me know when.” He trained his eyes on the two women on the screen while listening to the sounds they made miles away.

There was a long pause.

“Now,” she yelped. “Come with me.”

“I am,” he muttered, jerking in his chair. “Son of a bitch,” he shouted at the TV as one spasm tumbled after another until he finished.

“Hope that was as good for you as it was for us.” It was Simone’s voice. “That was huge on this end.” Her chuckle tingled. “Looks like our lover is going to be nursing this one for quite a while. You probably need to clean up, right?”

“Yeah,” he grunted.

“I doubt she’ll call back tonight. Rosanne has another research encounter tomorrow morning and will need to get her rest.”

“Damn.”

“Thought that might interest you. Well, Detective, it’s been fun. Maybe one of these days I’ll get to help clean you up personally. Sleep well. Bye.”

Three lives—but how many loves? #LGBTQ #Polyamory #Bi #Pride #HappyPrideMonth

June 12, 2023 by Adriana Kraft

Each day for the month of June, I’ve been featuring an LGBTQ book on my social media – Twitter, Instagram, Mastodon, and MeWe. Some are my own, some are from other authors I’ve enjoyed; you can catch them all (to date) on my Instagram profile. Today’s is one of my polyamory stories.

Can love last forever? That’s what Jamie believes in the polyamory novella Three: A Love Story. Jamie is deeply in love with Susan. She trusts Susan’s love for her, and she doesn’t expect it ever to fade.

But if you spend any time poking around in polyamory blogs and websites (and we do; research, you know!), you’ll discover that many people who end up in some type of polyamory arrangement didn’t start out as polyamory advocates and go looking for someone. They experienced polyamory as something that just happened. They were in love with one person, and they began to experience feelings for an additional person. Rather than deny those feelings or simply bail on the person they already loved, they opened up about those feelings in what had been their primary relationship, and together they moved on to explore what might be both right and possible for them.

I’m sure lots of relationships fall apart at this point in the process. Probably another significant number re-examine their relationship as a duo and re-commit to it. Most likely few of either of these groups are sharing their stories in the polyamory social media, and I’ve never seen any research on what the actual numbers might be.

But this precise point is where we chose to set our story. Jamie and Susan, both bisexual but committed to love each other, have continued to date men from time to time. Their relationships with men have been casual and have often led to casual sex, sometimes even casual three-way sex. We’re not sure they considered themselves to be swingers, but they probably wouldn’t have flinched at the label. In this regard, they are already more open to the potential of expanding their relationship than many couples might be. As our story opens, Jamie is starting to have more than casual feelings for the current man in her life.

Three-way committed relationships don’t simply emerge full-blown and move smoothly towards that happily-ever-after forever. We wanted to explore the tugs and pulls of each protagonist as the balance shifts and the pitfalls emerge. Who has the most to lose? What does each of them fear, and who is the most afraid? How do they go about the process of opening up these feelings and sorting them out? What do they still hide from each other? And of course, ultimately, can it work?

We’ve written a romance. You already know it has a happy ending. We still believe that’s possible, and we do know a few friends who are, at least for the moment, making something similar work for them. We hope you’ll join our characters for what proves to be a bumpy ride on the way to a unique Happily Ever After.

BLURB

Three lives—but how many loves?

Committed lovers for three years, Jamie and Susan are good together. Jamie knows she wants Susan in her life forever. But what if that’s not enough?

Both bi, the two have continued dating men occasionally, and now Jamie’s falling in love with Mason. Can she love two persons? Will her love for either one wrench the other one out of her life?

Jamie’s convinced a long-term three-way relationship is the answer, but none of the players is prepared for what’s coming. Two-way relationships are hard enough—is a three-way even possible? And if so, what must each of them give up to create it?

EXCERPT

Jamie tilted her head to the side as Susan curled back in next to her. “So what do you think of Mason?”

“Ah, Mason. He’s the source of your stewing. Is he starting to wear on you? How long has it been—three months? Four months?”

“He’s not wearing on me. And it’s nearly five months.” Jamie paused to wet her lips. “You didn’t answer my question. What do you think of him? What do you really think of him?”

Susan flinched. “Well, I haven’t thought a lot about him, though I must say he has stayed around longer than any guy in recent memory.” Susan sighed. “Okay, to be honest. I think he seems like a very nice guy. When he’s over here, it’s because he’s come to see you, so I don’t really spend a lot of time with him. I’ve cooked a few dinners for you guys, but most of time he comes, you go out, you come back, and you shut your door and make love. I’m surprised the neighbors haven’t complained. And he’s usually gone before I’m up in the morning. And lately you’ve been spending much more time at his house than at our apartment…for your love nest activities, that is. I must say that’s easier on me. I get more sleep, and I don’t have to imagine what you and he are doing to each other.”

“That’s it?”

“What else do you want me to say? I’m an English professor, not a social worker. He doesn’t seem abusive. He’s easy to look at. He doesn’t…” Susan paused. “Uh oh. If he’s not wearing on you and yet you’re stewing about him…” She arched an eyebrow. “Jams, maybe you’d better tell me what’s really on your mind.”

Jamie didn’t miss the sudden flash of anxiety that crossed Susan’s face.

And the answer is… #CoverReveal #EroticRomance #LaterInLife #Bisexual #LGBTQ+

January 2, 2023 by Adriana Kraft

The answer is No.

No, what?

No, was our cover artist able to use any of my Vegas photos in the cover she designed for Swingers Light Up Vegas.

But it wasn’t her fault.

We wanted two things on the cover: something sexy, and something that anchored the cover explicitly in Las Vegas.

So even though all the photos I posted last week (https://wp.me/p9O7pv-336) were taken by me on various trips to Las Vegas, none of them really scream “Vegas.” The fabulous LINQ? Lots of cities have those by now, and a nighttime shot says nothing about which one it is. Ditto a Lazy River. Pick a tropical setting anywhere (or even just a relatively warm one), and lots of resorts sport them. The view from the Stratosphere? We actually didn’t even send her that one; it does picture the famous strip, but from such a distance that it’s not distinctive. And the same with the view out our 8th floor window. It gave us lots of pleasure, every night, to watch the sun set over the south end of the strip, but the photo isn’t identifiably Vegas.

Valerie June Bondarenko of Veridian Rose Graphics is the artist we approached to create our cover. We shared our two criteria – sexy, and Vegas. She began by offering us several “sexy” photo options to consider, and both Hubs and I were immediately drawn to the shot with a window, roses in a vase, and a partially clad female torso wearing black lace. Perfect. The swing lifestyle is focused on women and what women want; men may love to ogle, but women call the shots. We think our cover gives her the power to beckon, and the power to say no.

Next question: what to put in the window? That’s where we’d thought the LINQ could go, but it didn’t really work, and it would still have left us with the question of how to convey Vegas. Valerie came up with the idea of the iconic Las Vegas welcome sign in the window, and when we got the draft, we both said “wow.” It’s perfect.

Next dilemma: the window-roses-black lace pic wasn’t the right dimensions for a cover, and anyway we still needed placement for the title and author. We were clueless, but Valerie came up with the dark red lace on black borders top and bottom. This is why she’s the artist.

Last issue: font for title and author. We thought about neon lights – we think she’s captured that spirit in the title font and colors. Plus it’s a fun touch that “light up” actually lights up the title. And who doesn’t love seeing their name in big bold letters?

So yes, we signed off on her first complete cover draft immediately and are thrilled we did. We highly recommend Veridian Rose Graphics.
